Foundation supervisory authority
The foundation Stiftung Pro Humanitate is subject to the Liechtenstein foundation supervisory authority (STIFA). STIFA (www.stifa.li), a department of the Office of Justice, has been supervising charitable foundations since 1 April 2009.

STIFA ensures that the foundation's assets are managed and used in accordance with its purposes. If necessary, it applies to the court for appropriate measures. In the case of non-registered foundations, it is entitled to check the accuracy of the notifications of formation and amendments.

Recording, processing and use of personal data

Principles

Processing purposes and legal basis
We and service providers contracted by us process your personal data for the following processing purposes:

Log files
Whenever you use the Internet, your Internet browser automatically transmits certain information and we store it in so-called log files. The log files are stored by us for the purpose of determining malfunctions and security reasons (e.g. to clarify attempted attacks). Information disclosure
Your personal data will only be transferred by us to other parties if this is necessary to fulfil the contract, if we or the third party have a legitimate interest in the transfer or if we have your consent to do so. In all other cases, we will delete your personal data with the exception of such data that we must continue to store in order to fulfil legal obligations (e.g. we are obliged by tax and commercial law to retain documents such as contracts and invoices for a certain period of time).
